World Education Endowment

The IAOMS Foundation has established the World Education Endowment with a truly extraordinary mission of passing on the priceless gift of knowledge.

This endowment will fund direct surgeon-to-surgeon educational efforts from Africa and Asia to Europe and Latin America...areas where local surgeons are
striving to improve the health and quality of life for their countrymen.

Our Foundation was inspired to establish the endowment after a group of our surgeons went abroad to work with young surgeons and trainees.

All of us were profoundly moved by the tremendous desire that the surgeons in these developing countries had for learning the state-of-the-art skills and procedures that could bring such healing to their patients.
