The 2nd IAOMS Educational Course in Malaysia took place at the University of Malaya, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Kuala Lumpur. The host was Professor Zainal, head of the department. The topic was be trauma and the speakers was PrivDoz Dr Dr Roger Zwahlen MD DMD of Hong Kong University (formerly of Zurich University). PrivDoz Dr Dr Marco Kesting MD DMD (Munich University) was originally scheduled to speak but was unable to travel to Malaysia due to the volcanic ash travel restrictions. Dr. Zwahlen kindly filled in and gave Dr. Kesting`s presentation as well as his own.
