| Pricing Policy |
IAOMS reserves the right to revise any product shown and change prices without notice and without incurring obligation. Member prices stated are only for IAOMS members. If a price change occurs, adjustments will be made to your order. All orders must be prepaid. Payment can be made with either Visa or MasterCard.

| Shipping Policy |
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped from IAOMS Headquarters within 2 weeks of order receipt. Orders are shipped by UPS Ground to U.S. addresses and via UPS International Air unless stated otherwise. If the shipping address is a PO Box, the order will be shipped by U.S. mail.

| Return Policy |
Returns and adjustments are accepted within 30 days of purchase, if returned in the original packaging and with all components intact.
Please include a copy of the packing slip; a letter stating why you are returning your purchase; and what adjustment you desire. Reimbursement is limited to the product cost only as shown herein.
